Lauren Marra, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, is a successful clinician and business visionary.
She has helped leaders in small and mid-size companies, improve their professional trajectory while keeping their personal goals at the forefront of the work.
Lauren successfully grew her own start-up company to sell 2 times to private equity partners in a span of 6 years. She has helped grow regionally specialized programs helping thousands of individuals with growth, while supporting a number of non-profits and residing as a Board Member to privatized companies.
Lauren resides in Northern Virginia with her husband of 19 years, John, and their daughters Aviana, Serena and Cassia. She enjoys spending time outdoors exploring Virginia, or on her property with her family, horses and dogs. As a lifelong equestrian and lover of all sports, she finds great joy in watching her daughters compete at horse shows or gymnastic competitions on the weekends.
