Lauren Marra, M.S. Ed., BCBA, is an education consultant and parent advocate dedicated to helping families navigate the school system with confidence and clarity.
With over two decades of experience in education, behavioral services, and program development, Lauren partners with parents and school teams to create collaborative, data-driven plans that lead to meaningful, lasting change for students.
Throughout her career, Lauren has led and scaled highly successful education-, behavior-based, and related service programs, spanning from early intervention through transition coordination. This includes building her own educational and related services company into a leading provider serving thousands of students and families. She has also helped develop and expand specialized regional programs and has supported both nonprofit organizations and board-led initiatives.
Today, she applies that same strategic leadership and clinical expertise to her education and advocacy work—ensuring that students receive appropriate, individualized supports through collaborative, results-driven planning with schools.
Before recommendations are made, I take a deep dive into every piece of your child’s data—evaluations, progress reports, teacher input, and service records—to uncover what is truly driving challenges and what supports will make the greatest impact. This detailed, evidence-based approach ensures advocacy is focused on meaningful change, not surface-level solutions. Every plan is built on clarity, collaboration, and long-term student success.
