With over 20 years of experience in education and behavioral services, Lauren Marra has worked alongside families, educators, and teams to support students with a wide range of learning, behavioral, and developmental needs.
With a Master’s degree in Education and as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), she combines compassion with data-driven strategy to support every student and family she serves.
Throughout her career, she has helped design and lead programs that serve thousands of students and families. She is proud of the role she has played in building and growing successful education-based organizations and programs dedicated to meaningful, lasting impact.
Today, the heart of her work is much more personal: partnering directly with parents to advocate for their children and collaborate with schools to create lasting change.
She believes advocacy works best when it is:
